The consultancy is designed to be as concise as possible. However, each step of the process must be done to get the best results.
1. Initial consultation: Speak with attorney to understand the attorney’s goals and case theme. The attorney arranges to send discovery via a provided secure server.
2. Review discovery: Review the discovery to see how theme applies. Call the attorney to discuss.
3. Construct narrative: Create the narrative and review with atttorney on how the story applies to their case strategy. This online "living" document is updated as the case evolves.
4. Review Voir Dire/Opening: Via phone or video, the attorney reviews and his/her opening to ensure it effectively utlizes the case narrative.
5. Daily calls during trial: Every day during the trial, the attorney touches base about the day’s events and how the case archetypes and trial narrative are resonating, and how the narrative needs to flow.
6. Review Closing: Via phone or video, the attorney reviews and presents her/her closing to ensure it continues to embody the narrative theme, as well as addressing any additional issues that emerge in trial.
7. Debrief: Discuss what narrative techniques and archetypes were effective and what didn’t work in trial.
